Delivery

  • UK and Germany warehouses. No Brexit/customs issues.
  • If the order is placed by 12pm (GMT), we will dispatch it on the same day.
  • We also use USA and Australian warehouses. If you require delivery outside of Europe, please use this site: Teslyar International

UK

  • UK warehouse.
  • Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery.
  • Expected delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Germany

  • Germany warehouse.
  • DHL tracked delivery.
  • Expected delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Europe (excl. UK and Germany)

  • DHL tracked delivery from Germany.
  • Expected delivery time of 3-5 working days.

USA/Canada/Australia/Asia/International

 

    Returns

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


    To start a return, you can contact us at support@teslyar.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send the package. The cost of Returns are your responsibility..

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an issue, we will send you replacement parts.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
